I need some opinions on Antiquity II Tele pickups, I seem to find little on these versions of Tele pickups. I was looking at them for my MIJ '62 Tele custom. I wanted to keep the look period correct while enhancing the sound of the guitar. I wound give the Ant I's a shot, but the body is basswood and VERY warm sounding. From what I understand, the Ant I is also a warm sounding pickup because of the AII magnets and I'm afraid I wound get mush from this combo. Has anyone tried the Ant II's for Tele? I'd be very interested to hear your opinions.

i have tried one and i still have it, i might sell it if you are interested......it sounds very clear, lots of zing on the high end, thumpy sounding low end, not a whole lot of mids
