I got my USACG neck the other day, the nut is slipstone. I don't hear to much about it as a nut material. Anyone here use slipstone?
it's newer...Stew-Mac sells it...it's slicker than graphite but sounds more like bone. I have not tried it yet but I have heard lots if good stuff about it.
I've been looking around about, haven't heard anything bad about it. I just wanted to hear about the experiences of the guys here.
At least the tuners aren't slipstone.
