Yep. I would say the same. Look at the quot;spottyquot; grain pattern and then look at a Gibson with a translucent finish.

I must commend everyone for not taking the obvious cheap shot on the title of this thread.
thanks. It's weird, i can't find any seams anywhere on the back or sides except the neck joint. It maybe because you have to have direct sunlight or something similar shining on the back all over to see through the semi translucent finish on the back.

nah, that broke earlier actually.
Yup...def mahogany body amp; neck...I can't tell for sure on the cap..it COULD be Alder, as they are similar in color....but prolly maple....
and you can see the veneer too, obviously...
