By the way, the head is a Mesa 50 caliber plus, so does anyone know about any of them, I hear Avatar is good. Also to mention I am somewhat on a budget here.
Avatar is good. I use one with my Dual Rectifier. I have a v30/g12h30 mix.
Sounds great!
Avatar!
Avatar!!! I get GREAT tone out of my 1x12 3/4 back mesa cab(with my f50 head) I might add though.
I used to group a DC-3, DC-5 and DC-10 for a very large, full sound! Real full, but too loud.
Well I found this online, it's pretty beaten up but do you think it is worth the price?

What kind of music are you playing through it? Is there a specific type of tone that you are trying to achieve?
Metal to Rock and maybe some blues.
Metal to Rock.... get the Marshall 1960A cab. Unfrigginbelievable!!! It's loaded with Celestion G12T-75s. Trust me on this... serious crunch. I got mine used for $300.

even though i have a different model head, when it's run through the 1960A it just sounds awesome. you can't go wrong, especially if you can find a good used deal on one of these.

Would this be one for a good price if no one bids on it?
If at all possible, TS, I would try to find a way to listen to these things before you buy one, no matter which way you decide to go. Maybe make a list based on suggestions that you get here and then try to find a cab near you to play through. Tone is so subjective, and I would hate to see you spend your money and be disappointed.
Rivera cabs. Clear, loud, good =)
