I've been gassing for a new acoustic and have slightly over $400 to spend. Along my search I discovered this BEAUTY:
from : localhost/Earth 600. Solid spruce top, rosewood back/sides, bone nut/saddle, ivory binding, and Grover tuners. Anyone played one of these guys? I'm planning on making the trip to Berkeley to play one this weekend!
Never played one, but those are some damn fine appointments for a $365 guitar. Engleman spruce, rosewood body, bone nut, grover tuners....let us know how it plays!
I'm calling all the Cort dealers in the bay area to see if any of them have one I can try this weekend, I can't wait!
Looks good, but always wise to try first. My favorite for that price range is Takamine. Sometimes you can find a nice one in that price range.
I'm still planning on playing AT LEAST some Takamines, Seagulls, Blueridges, and Alvarez's before I make my final decision.
