If you're not too experienced with making changes, then do adjustments one at a time in small steps, so you know what works and what doesn't.
That's a very basic tip, I guess. Anything specific you want to know?
You can also check out Dan Erlewine's book quot;How To Make Your Electric Guitar Play Great.quot; It has good pics and tips for doing setups.
