I was thinking that those miniswitches aren't the handiest when switching pickup in a song.
The idea I came up with is the following:

Replace the tone knob by a second volume control (keep the midboost and the first volume control) and wire it to work on the neck and middle pickups only

Make the neck pickup on/off switch bypass all other pickups when I select it (this way only one switch change is needed as opposed to two, and with its own volume control it could go directly to clean sounds!). The neck pickup will be replaced by a Hot.

The main problem is, would the JE-1200 midboost work without the tone control, and would I be able to use a push/pull volume control to tap the neck pickup and split the middle and bridge pickup (which will be humbucking)?

I will change the bridge and middle pickup later but they will be a Bareknuckle Miracle Man and a CoolRails.

I think there are switches out there with 3 rows of contacts, but I´m not sure. But I´ve never seen one on a push-pull or push-push pot....I think you´re gonna need at least one extra switch...

Or you could replace the pickup selector switches with 3-way DPDT on/off/on switches and get your splitting and tapping that way. That´s what I´d do, and wire the push-pull second volume control for the quot;neck pup onquot; thing

How about 3 of those 3 on/on/off miniswitches (on/split/off and on/bypassedotherpickups/off for the neck pickup), Volume/midboost/volume neck
The neck pickup would just be wired to its volume control (replacing the tone knob) and would still work with the midboost and other pickups unless I put it on the middle selection where it'd bypass all the other pickups.
Would the wiring be impossible?

Be aware that a mini-switch can be had in on-on-on or on-off-on, but they don't make them in on-on-off. Also, both of those switches are just DPDT with 3 handle positions. You can only switch two different circuits, but there are creative ways to implement some interesting options.

What do you suggest? How does it change it to have on/off/on istead of on/on/off? Just the position on the switch?
Right when when put to the left (towards me when playing standing up) the pickups are switched off and on the other position switched one.

It depends on how you wire it up. For example, I use an on-off-on switch on both my Patriot and my Strat for two completely different functions.

On the Patriot, it switches the Distortion neck humbucker between north coil/full humbucker/south coil.

On my Strat, it switches the tapped SSL-6 between full/off/tapped.
That way, I can bring the middle pup in at any time, in either strength.

You could do a humbucker as on/off/split or on/off/reverse phase. There's some limitations, but still a lot of options.

Neck pickup will hopefully be a SD Hot but for now it's the Jackson J200
Neck: onbypassedpickups, but working with its volume control/off/tapped
middle: on/off/split (It'll be a coolrails)
bridge: on/off/split
The midbooster should work with all positions, the first volume control with middle and bridge, the second volume control only with the neck pickup. There's also a battery to make the midbooster work so... seems like it'd be quite complicated.
