Let's see some pictures of your guitars, amps, effects, etc.
And which guitar is your favorite for shredding?
Now without D-Tuna.
Now with black pickup rings
No longer use the V-Amp2, and painted the cabinet black.
I need to take some new pics that have all my stuff in them
MJ
How does the ADA MP-1 sound to you? I am gassing for one
DSS, thats a wierd Fender cab, what is it?
Sweet gear MJ.
Back in the late 80's/early 90's Fender had some solid state amps that had that fuzzy stuff on 'em... I suspect that cab is match for the head version...don't remember model names/#s tho...
I'm a metalhead (well pre-1990 or so), but most of my guitars don't look metal...it's all about tone
and I have one of THESE in black played through:
What kind of Marshall is that?? ^^^^^ I want it. Loos like a JCM 800 mint, but i dunno.
and take a guess as to which is my favorite shredding guitar
^^
both of those are loaded with duncan jb's...
don't have a pic of my AT-100 yet

You are key-rekt! It's a 50W JCM800 from 1985.
shredder75, I love that Haji! It looks like a 1st series! Is that correct??
Is it alder or mahagony body?

They are pretty cool Both of those are modded versions though. One is the 3TM (three tube mod) and that's like a hot rodded marshall, tons of gain and plenty of crunch. It's got a really cool, aggressive sound.
The other one is a mod 3.1, which is basically the Soldano/5150/Rectifier preamp mod. The structure is changed so that it's basically an slo/5150/rectifier preamp.
The stock models are pretty cool too, they definitely have that 80s, boxy hot rodded crunch tone The cleans are very nice as well.

That loser in the last pic is me.
My personal favorite is the SG. I don't shred, but I play equally fast on all of them.
gibson explorer (these pics dont have the JB in em, but its got a JB now)LTD ex-351 (DD/59) if you look closely in the 2nd pic, you can see kirk hammett watching over LTD viper-300 (anderson H3/EMG-HZ1)bc rich gunslinger (invader) the finish is really hard to get a good pic of. the 2nd pic is most accurateltd m-10 (stock pickups are surprisingly good)rack of guitars (2nd pic is from before i got the acoustic

I'm getting one like this. This is not mine, so mine will of course have a slightly different grain patetrn in the wood because it's made of another piece. But it will look like it.
wow. that sure is unique
