I'm looking into getting a wah pedal, and I was wondering what are some good ones. Personally, I'm looking for something that sounds pretty smooth, so if you have any suggestions, please let me know.
Vox
I dig the Ibanez Weeping Demon.
Stupid name....dumb looking pedal....but it's tweakable to the n'th degree and sounds great.
I play Blues and I get alot of folks asking what the goofy thing on my pedal board is.
dunlop 535Q. has a nob you can adjust to change the sound of the wah.
1 535Q . . . it's very tweakable and pretty solid sounding . . .
budda! ok , i have no idea - the price is just a joke on these things! umm 2 wahs ive played are the cheap vox and teh cheap cry baby! was a draw on quality in my opinion! ill think up some useful help while im out 2night!
try a Boss PW-10 or a good solid Dunlop Q535
JJ
The best sounding vintage type voiced wah today,is the Fulltone Clyde Wah....After that, the Teese PW is great....I Like my own modded wahs over these 2 wahs, but only because it's cheaper for me to mod the wah for myself...
If I had to buy a new wah tomorrow though,I would buy the Standard Fulltone Clyde and add the side mounted Volume pot and be perfectly happy!
