Has anybody tried the twangbanger in the Neck position of a guitar with a humbucker in the bridge?
I was actually considering a Phat Cat Bridge and a Twangbanger Neck in a Strat...
I will bump this because I am very interested to hear if someone has tried this. Gearjoneseer, did you get around to trying it?
A Twangbanger in the neck will work well with a bridge humbucker.
If you want a hot neck pu I think it would work fine. I have an 8k in my Strat neck, though it doesn't have a baseplate.
