Well I just bought a SD AlNiCo II Pro Strat pickup to put in the bridge position of my maple neck American Standard Strat, to use along with a SD SSL-1 in the neck. (I'm putting a North magnetic polarity Fender in the middle for now.) Tell me I'm going to like this setup. My rationale was that the AlNiCo II pickup might be a bit less brittle sounding in the bridge position.

I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but SD's really can't be beat for Fender type single coil replacement pickups. If you pay $100 for another single coil replacement you'll probably quot;tellquot; yourself it's better. That's my take on it anyway. YMMV.

my only argument with you is that you shoulda gotten all 3 SDs
