Just got it today. LOVE IT so far. The neck is amazing and it sounds just great! I walked into the store, saw it and just had to have it. Wow. nice!

The anti Tele?
It's original. It being an Anderson, I'd really love to try it out to see how they play. They seem to never get a single disapointing review or story. It kinda looks cool too

That pickup combo looks like something you have no need to change out. Are you plugging that into a Diezel now? That's a dangerous looking setup!

Yes, I have plugged it into the Diezel. Sounded pretty killer. The bridge PU is a H3 which is very hot. Hotter than a JB or a Custom. I wasn't sure how I would dig it but so far, so good. Those little M1 mini-humbuckers kick some tail. They sound like really hot single coils. The mini-switch is a coil tap for bridge PU. The tone knob pulls-up and allows you to mix the bridge PU with positions 1 and 2 on the 5 way. So I can get an amazing array on tones from this sucker. Position 2 with the bridge split is interesting. There is something to this Buzz Felton system too. I can hit a power chord at the 14th fret and it sounds perfectly in tune. You can also hear every note in the chord.

I was going to get a Suhr on the net but having a guitar I really like from a local, well respected dealer won out. I got to hold and play this guitar before I throw down my plastic.

Damn, that's my color. That guitar is awesome and I've always wanted to try those Anderson mini-HBs... I've heard they're great!

If you did change the bridge pickup to a Duncan, one of the Parallel Axis Pickups, like the Blues Saraceno model, would have the right look, next to the mini hums.

I'm not usually one who's prone to envy, but... I might suggest that you lock your doors and windows tonight...lol

I don't like Telecasters that much... but I fell in love with that axe! Anderson makes some great stuff, that's for sure. Congratulations man! I hope you enjoy it.
