When I try to move to another cell by pressing my arrows, it actually moves
the spreadsheet on my screen instead. I can't find the option to correct
this. Does anyone know where I can change that?

The scroll lock function can be triggered in the On-Screen Keyboard. This
application is normally found in Start -gt; Programs -gt; Accessories -gt;
Accessibility
Clicking on the 'scroll lock' in the On-Screen Keyboard should have the same
