Depends what you mean by title...

To put the same values in cell(s) in row 1, for example, group the
worksheets (e.g., select the left-most one, then right-click the
right-most one), then make the changes. Right-click a sheet tab and
choose Ungroup Sheets to avoid overwriting anything else.

If you mean the header, group the sheets, change the header, then
ungroup the sheets..
