How do i make a cell take on the format of another cell's format..
for example if cell A1 has the formula =C5. let say C5 is formated in
percentage and i need A1 to be percentage.. if i change C5 to currency how do
i make cell A1 automatically take up the cell's format (C5)?

You would need code to do that, no formatting or formulas will do that
