i am trying to put some info onto excel but when i print it out i only get
the print and not the grid lines can somebody tell me the correct settings

Put a checkmark in 'Gridlines'.

there's also, by the cell shade and text color drop downs, a grid drop
down menu that you can make certain parts, top bottom, all sides, heavy
bottom, etc to customize your project.--

reason I have a few documents where even though the proper checks are in
place, it will NOT print with gridlines. Unfortunately, one of these is a
P95 size sheet and darned impossible to follow without gridlines. Any other
suggestions?

You have gridlines checked for printing but you may also have quot;draft qualityquot;
checked which means gridlines will not print.Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP
