Simple question. While entering data in
column form with the titles below:

Last Name First Name Address City etc.I then request it to sort all the last names in descending order. How do I
prevent it from including the quot;Lastquot; as an entree?

ie.

Gorden
Jones
Last
Miller
Simms

And make sure that the Sort dialog box is marked that it has a header row.

Make sure that you check
quot;Header Rowquot; under
quot;My List Hasquot;,

And, it pays to use a different format for your headers,
like bold and/or increase the font size.

This helps XL recognize the existence of headers.
