Check out the new Amplifer Central section of the forum. Try to start posting your threads there. This will be pretty much related to amps, tubes, speakers, most anything that takes an instrument output and turns it into audible frequencies.

There willl undoubtably be some cross-pollenation, but we'll do what we can to move them when it comes up.

I think a separate effects area might be a good idea, too.

This is a really good idea. It will definitely make it easier to find amp or guitar posts when you want one specifically. And I agree that amps and effects should be combined..

Effects are to be kept in this forum. At some point, we'd end up with 12 areas that would be a nightmare to try to get questions answered.
