So, my 1 year old Planet Wave guitar cord (10' approx. $25) died the other day. I stopped by GC yesterday and without saying much of anything, they handed me a brand new replacement. Now, I did have a receipt but it was pretty painless.
If that kind of warranty policy was publicized Monster would go out of business.
speaking of which, me and a buddy are about to go to GC tonight because his monster cable died.

They'd better be under warrantee, because they've made it impossible to repair them with the stupid sealed ends. If it wasn't covered, you could just cut the end, and find another 1/4quot; plug.
Those things deffinatly aren't easy to break. With how often they must go, I doubt it would hurt GC one bit to simply replace them when they get a complaint every month or so.
