What pickups did Michael and Chris use around 86-88? I'm particularly interested in Michael Wilton's setup around '86. I know he used Kramer superstrats. I have no clue about the pickups though. Love the lead tone he got on Rage For Order, especially on Surgical Strike.

those days he used the pearly gates,now he uses alnico pro2's in his eclipses
and custom custom's in the esp strats.

both michael and chris used JB's ,trust me on this one.

Ya in the Kramers they played i thought they had JB's as well.....

they played bone stock USA kramers that featured JB/jazz sets I heard that when they switched to ESP michael used a duncan custom instead but chris stayed with the JB?

I thought they both played early 80's Ibanez guitars for their early (better) stuff. I recall the Queen of the Ryche video them having non-Kramer guitars. Anything after Rage for Order was too mainstream for me.
