Recently, for no apparent reason, when I hit the quot;Tabquot; key, the active
cell moves to the right by a whole page instead of one column. Where
can I reset this option to get the basic functionality that allows me
to quot;tab forwardquot; by one column only? I am using MS Excel 2003 SP1.

Thanks.lt;Toolsgt; lt;Optionsgt; lt;Transitiongt; tab,

And *Uncheck*
quot;Transition Navigation Keysquot;.

Tools|Options|Transition Tab
Uncheck Transition navigation keys

If you're not a former Lotus 123 user, you may want to turn off all these
transition settings--in fact, you may want to do it even if you're a former 123
user.
