Anybody have one of these with p-90's (or P-100's)? Opinions?

I played a used one at GC the other day. In short, I LOVED IT! The p90s kicked, it was a big singlecutaway hollowbody with a Bigsby trem. At $800, I was thinking of selling off some crap around the house to fund another guitar purchase (my family would kill me though ).

In blonde, with p90 and the trapeze bridge, it would be the only Gibby I'd buy if I had the cash. Never tried one before but something tells it would knock me of my socks.

IMO P-100's are just crappy pickups but the P-90 versions are bad ass, and there used to be a version with full size hummers...I've always wanted a 135...the center bolock is not hardwood like a 335 so they sound more like a fully hollow guitar but their a bit smaller so they are easier to play for some people...

I've got one with the humbuckers. Of course, I had to do some serious work to it to get it to the point where I was comfy with it, like change the frets and I pulled off the trapeze tailpiece and put in a stud, so it's more like an aftermarket 137, but it's a kickass guitar. I think the P-90 version is killer, too.
