Well, I have a minor problem. I can't find a good way to keep the footswitch for my amp mounted to my pedalboard. It has four little rubber feet (non-detachable) that keep it from sitting flat on the aluminum panels of my board. Right now I have a velcro dot on each foot, then strips of velcro on the panels that match up, but the dots just don't want to stay on the feet.
Anyone have any ideas?
Here's an old pic that shows the culprit, though a few buddies are now gone...
drill holes below each foot the size of the foot so it then sits flush with the metal plate it is mounted on and use velcro on the bottom flat area of it which now makes contact with the metal plate below.

XSSIVE shines on with some gneious on this one. I had been sitting here for like 10 minutes trying to think of a real good way to solve the problem here, and you just watlz in and take care of it. I may have to try this with my RAT.

hehehe thanks Kac....that's what you can do with most wah pedals also since they tend to have feet on them (rather than ripping them off). also, with the feet down in the holes in the metal it will keep the pedal from sliding and shifting better than just velcro will.

BRILLIANT !! lt;/guinness commercialgt;
Super glue!
That's a great idea XSSIVE, and so simple too *punches self*. I just got a mounting plate for my wah, but that only works because the feet screw on...
Thanks mang.
Uhhh... I have the exact same footswitch and I'm mounting it on to my pedalboard at the moment. I took an exacto knife, slipped the blade under the little rubber feet and they came right off, they were glued on but they came off without a fight.
You're SURE you can't detach them?

Didja ever fix the problem?
I went real low tech for my pedal board.... Was handy when i was in a band and i have now taken it apart as i am currently not playing. But the pedal board i made up was just a piece of plywood with velcro straps from Home Depot that i just screwed to the board and wrappped around the pedals. That way i didn't have to moddify any of the pedals and when i need to detach them it was a 2 second operation.

Yeah, I got it taken care of, mine's a Series I by the way. I'm selling my board now to move to a smaller one anyways, so it wound up being a moot point .
