These answers are based in foggy memory so they could be wrong ... just a disclaimer
Also does anyone have the specs for the lower end Washburn Dimes? I never played any of the bolt on's ... just the set necks
Last I checked the Dimebolt and Dime Slime were
Body: Mahogany with the 1/4 inch flamed maple cap
Neck: Mahogany (set neck on the top models, bolt-ons for the lower end) for some reason I suspect the lower end models used maple necks ... can anyone verify?
Fretboard: Rosewood
The Dimebolt
Body: Mahogany ... I don't believe these ones had the maple cap
Neck: Mahogany
Freboard: Rosewood
Just from what I remember ... I could be wrong but I don't think so
The only dimebag guitars that haven't been a mahogany body with maple top, mahogany neck, and rosewood board were his last generation wasburns which also included ebony boards. There have also been a few models without the maple top.
True I believe the Southern Cross edition did have an ebony board along with the Stealths ... possibly ... granted the last time I played a Dime guitar was 1996? Maybe 97
****tttttt i never though he used MAHOGANY in his guitars
