Uh, I know this is lame but when you buy a new in box Seymour D pickup, what else is provided? Pots? Jack? I've never purchased a Seymour NIB. Dimarzio's don't give crap. EMG's give you everything almost. Thanks!
All I can speak for is the passive guitar pickups. It contains the pickup, wiring diagrams, springs, and screws.
EMG gives you pots and jacks because their pickups require items that are different than average guitar parts. I think you get screws and springs, though I can't remember.
You get pots, a battery clip and a jack with the Live Wire sets as well.
My brand new Duncans (w00t!1) came with the pickup, screws, springs, wiring information, a thank you letter/product registration thingy, and pickup mounting ring. The mounting ring doesn't come with all pickups (at least I don't believe so). So far, I've seen them on these two I bought today (59 and Custom, both 7 string) and the Dimebucker.
And they come with little bits of foam and the box is pretty cool for putting things in when you're done.
(useless post!)
