Recommend me a good one! Need it to be precise and have lots of options.

Petersen Strobotuner. But I´m not sure if they still make a rack version.....

I use a Korg DTR-1000.

It tunes, it'll do flat tunings, and it'll mute.....I don't know what other options you'd like on a tuner...it's not like it's a magic box.
